Craft shows are awesome, because I get to show my craft to so many people at a time! You can truly see the range of styles that I like to work with just in this image - stones, silvers, pearls, and glass. Keep up with Pleasures and Palaces on Facebook to see what show we will be attending next! One of my favorite custom designs to do is Bridal Party jewelry. A bride and I came up with this design to compliment the colors of her wedding (champagne, pearl) and to echo a 'triplet' design in the maids' dresses. A perfect keepsake for the bridesmaids that they can wear again! Whats a wedding party without the flower girls? I designed these pearl bracelets for a friend specifically with toddlers in mind. We chose a simple alternating design since the girls already had a good deal of detail on their dresses and flowers. They are held together with elastic wire to prevent breakages, and to be more comfortable for little wrists. A lovely bracelet and earring set with alternating clear quartz and a striking dark green turquoise chip. Perfect with casual to dressy styles! What makes you look like you have it totally together more than a three-piece matching jewelry set? This set takes the softness of pink pearls, contrasting with wine-colored bicone crystals to set a classy tone- perfect for a princess! Here's some up-close detail of the small blues and greens that make up the mixture of hues in my blue lagoon. Chipped glass bracelets are a perfect way to bring the look of genuine stone and unique cuts to a bracelet at a low cost while still keeping the style and brilliance! These fun colors, contrasted with small chips of crystal quartz make for a fun and stunning bracelet that you can dress up or down. The various purples, pinks, yellows, and oranges in this chipped glass bracelet remind me of summers as a little kid when these were your choices of flavors in the popsicle box! A stylish and dramatic look is achieved with alternating black hematite and red-crackled beads attached to a sliver chain, completed with a toggle clasp as bold as the bracelet itself! Three different blue beads are combined with twisted wire, silver plated spacers and a pair of green tinted beads to make a shimmering ornament complete with a dangling crystal to catch the light! Charm-based jewelry is all the rage right now, but you don't have to be covered in different colors and dangling shapes to keep with the trends. I've selected a few of my favorites that I have found along the way and strung them on a silver chains including a lobster clasp that makes it easy to change lengths depending on your style for the day!
